Student Nurse Extern II

Our student nurse extern program provides the opportunity to gain supervised, hands-on working experience while still in nursing school.

Nurse externs gain valuable experience to help them prepare for careers as members of the medical community tasked with providing high-quality care to patients.

Pay rates are competitive.

REQUIREMENTS

• In final semester of accredited ADN or BSN program or graduated with BSN or ADN within previous year.
• Must have accepted a RN position with HSHS.
• Will work with a nurse and begin department-specific orientation and training during last semester.
